Invoice Template
Use the Invoice Template to print or email to your customers for inspection invoices. The form has two parts: the message to be included when there is a fee associated with the invoice, and the message included when there is no fee.

To create or modify the Invoice Template, click Configuration in the left pane, select the Fire tab, and select the Invoice Template Code Table.
- Upload Logo: Select your logo to include on all invoice emails posted from an inspection invoice. To upload the logo, click the edit icon and browse to the directory where the logo is stored.

Header: Displays below your fire department name. Enter the name of the Inspection Bureau for your department or any other desired content.

Contact: Contact information (address, phone, website) displays under the header.

Report Body for invoice with fee(s): Text that displays above the list of fees.

Report Body for invoice with no fee: Text to be included when no fees were created for an inspection invoice.

Footer: Text to display at the bottom of the email.

Save: Click to save your entries.
Note: Delete will remove the entire Invoice Template.
